Our company is a leading construction and service company offering Plumbing services to customers in the greater central Ohio marketplace.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects.
*Day-to-Day Responsibilities:*
* Manage commercial projects, schedules, expenses, budgets & change orders from award of contract to completion
* Maintain manpower schedules
* Maintain estimated profit margins
* Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

* Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from four-year college or university; or seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
* Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software.
