In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Use Microsoft Office to produce a variety of letters, memos, flyers, and reports in an accurate and efficient fashion.
Proof and make changes where appropriate.
Screen phone calls, read and route incoming mail.
Prepare or assist in the preparation of special reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
Compile and publish productivity data.
Process invoices for Accounts Payable.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.
Handle petty cash & replenish postage meter.
Assist HR Business Partner with special projects and events.
Performs all tasks in accordance with the Company’s Business Conduct Guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.

For this Role, You Will Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Strong PC knowledge including the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Experience in writing Word documents and crafting Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Associate degree in a related field.
Obtainment of a Notary Public license.
The skills for creativity.
Self-motivated, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Manage tasks independently.
