Looking for a local handyman (Zanesville)

Hello.
I have a lot of work that I would like done to my house.
From concrete work to roofing work and everything in between.
This is probably a good side hustle and I like to hire local to keep it in the community.
Jobs I'm offering is building a new porch.
(Concrete work and enclosed).
Gravel layout along my fence.
Gutter work.
Wire fencing for chickens, along with a roost.
Things along those lines.
If this sounds like something you can do, lmk.
Pay is based on the job performed, but once you show your ability I may consider same day pay.
(I had someone with same day pay and I ended up doing it myself).
I have a lot of the tools that you may need, but having your own is a bonus.
