MANAGER, LMHP QUALITY
Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Vice President of Physician Practices is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all functions of the Licking Memorial Health Professionals quality improvement programs based on current knowledge of NCQA standards, P4P industry standards, quality improvement methods and all Licking Memorial Health Professionals (LMHP) quality improvement/incentive plans.
Responsible to lead the development of quality improvement/incentive plans for new specialties joining LMHP.
Understands the clinical needs and dynamics of the Physician Practices.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the LMHP QI and Premier Provider Programs for all physicians employed by Licking Memorial including the creation of new measures and plans and quarterly reporting to fiscal
Function as administrator of the Patient Experience Survey program for the ambulatory offices
Coordinate and facilitate Quality Committee meetings
Work regularly with PR to provide Quality Report Care Data for the Community Connection
Oversee Mid-Level provider Standard Care Agreements, Supervisory Agreements, and Quality Assurance related to mid-level practice
Lead orientation for new HP staff regarding, Quality, Customer Service and patient experience
Work with Epic representatives to build and maintain quality measures, reports and dashboards
Requirements:
Maintain Registered Nurse Licensure in the state of Ohio.
BSN or Bachelor's in healthcare related field; comparable relevant experience may be given consideration.
Healthcare experience required.
Knowledge of electronic health record clinical documentation and quality reporting experience and understanding.
Experience with physician practice operations, workflow and use of the electronic medical record (Centricity EMR)
Demonstration of understanding of current industry standards and guidelines for quality improvement.
Demonstration of project management skills and leadership qualities to work collaboratively towards successful targeted improvements.
