With over 45 plants across North America, the Byesville, OH, USA plant is a part of our Beverage division that processes and Packages fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts and similar liquid ingredients.

What You'll Do:
The Material Handler is responsible for inventory control of materials, supporting the Byesville plant and its production schedule.
They are responsible for inventory counts and verification.
Pulling materials, staging raw and/or packaging materials for the production lines.
When necessary, the Material Handler may pull materials, load trailers for outbound shipments and shuttles.
All employees observe and report issues relating to product quality, pallet damage, defects, and/or errors in SAP.
They use a scan gun accurately, follow FIFO processes, ensure that items are properly rotated and pulled in compliance with policies and regulations.
Material Handlers work with Production to help reconcile inventory differences.
This involves audit the blend room partial rack daily, monitoring the dry return and cold room daily for cleanliness, organization and ensure that these areas are audit ready at all times.
Fill out cold room chart daily and keep documentation current.
This position works 6:30 AM to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime and weekends as needed.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages.
1 yr.
Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility.
Prior safety certification preferred, use of lift trucks and RF scanners.
Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred.
Attend work as scheduled and availability to work overtime if needed.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
