Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for a 2nd Shift Quality Inspector for its facility located in Byesville, Ohio.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this person will be responsible for helping the Byesville Maintenance team with continuous production.
What you'll do:
Organize, and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment with emphasis on equipment uptime and to resolve quality and production related issues in the spirit of continuous improvement, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.
Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
Conduct routine maintenance of electrical equipment, wiring, and resources.
Work with maintenance and production personnel in analyzing and troubleshooting equipment failures.
Clearly communicate maintenance situations from one shift to another, including to the Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Superintendent and Plant Manager.
Plant wide accountabilities for operational aspects including progress toward quality and production goals.
Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality and housekeeping.
Other tasks as determined by the Maintenance Supervisor
What you'll bring
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years electronics troubleshooting experience in and industrial environment strongly required (desired)
PLC/HMI programming experience preferred
Knowledge of A/B and Siemens PLC's strongly preferred
Knowledge of AC/DC drives
Knowledge in induction heating and welding equipment
Knowlege in Servo Drive Systems
Knowledge in automated packaging systems and/or robotics
Knowledge in 3-phase power systems
Ability to work independently
Strong sense of urgency
