Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician l
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr (Negotiable; Dependent upon Experience)

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have solid entry level experience & skills that will allow them to work both independently and with other plant personnel to perform technical tasks.
This position is part of a highly skilled team of Process Implementation technicians that specialize in new equipment installation, continuous improvement initiatives, machine design & start-up, and commissioning support.
During the course of their assignments, they will be able to work closely with seasoned techs & engineers while performing electrical service installations, controls & PLC, Mechanical installations, Millwright oriented tasks, rigging, etc.
It is expected that technician will be hungry for knowledge and will work hard to carry their share of the tasks while continuing to improve their knowledge & skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1.
Strong experience using basic hand tools, reading measuring devices, etc
2.
Developed experience in completing technical tasks in an industrial Maintenance environment.
3.
Ability to perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting with guidance.
4.
Good time management skills and the follow instructions
5.
Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
6.
Ability to read, write and understand sufficient English to read machinery controls, load types , temperature, time, etc.
7.
Must be multi-talented, extremely flexible in work assignments
8.
Willingness to integrate into a closely knit team
9.
Self Motivated and Driven!
10.
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty and responsibility satisfactorily.

One (1) years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment or 2 year technical degree.
2.
Experience with utilizing hand and power tools
3.
Experience working in a technical role and performing extended periods of time performing physical tasks
4.
Good applied interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
5.
Ability to read and comprehend basic English and perform basic math functions including reading a tape measure
6.
Ability to be self-motivated
7.
Ability to work from heights (Ladders, Aerial Lifts, Roofs, etc)
8.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
