POSITION SUMMARY: As a Quality Associate Technician you play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and compliance of our processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include testing, auditing, and monitoring various processes according to established guidelines.
You will be responsible for accurately recording the results of all tests as required by the Quality Assurance Manager and/or Division Quality Assurance.
You will also adhere to all safety and quality requirements while performing your job duties.
Position Summary As an Associate QA Technician, you will be responsible for testing samples of our finished products and communicating those test results with the appropriate departments.
You will regularly interact with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety.
You will have the opportunity to cross-train and gain experience in multiple areas across QA to strengthen your skillset.

Analyze finished product using various test methods, including wet chemistry Perform sensory evaluations of in process and finished product Initiates all formula changes for Processing Department Sample and test incoming ingredients that include, but are not limited to physical testing, salmonella and EB testing, environmental sampling, and testing trucks, bins, sacks, and totes Promote Quality and Food Safety culture in the organization Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1+ years equivalent work experience in a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment preferred.
OR Associate degree in Food Science or related discipline Requisition ID 296831 The approximate pay range for this position is $33,000 to $48,000.
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
